Best Western Plus Antibes Riviera

The property is clean and the rooms are spacious. 25 mins walk to old Antibes ( walking slowly with kids). But it has all amenities needed. The room we had had a wonderful sea view and close by a Boulanger for fresh bread/ pastries and a Spar. The staff however was the highlight! There were some issues with our reservation due to something that didn’t sync with the booking.com system however the reception staff and the manager solved it for us in a kind, respectful and patient way. We ended up having a solution that worked for us, they offered a discount and nice drinks. It was one of those times when people do really make the place. We ended up having a great stay and would go back again.

The breakfast was very good and the hotel is within walking distance of the beach close to the train station. There are numerous restaurants close to the hotel to have lunch or dinner. The hotel also has a nice bar. The staff at the check in desk were very friendly and professional and the staff during breakfast were also very friendly. The free parking on site was also a welcome bonus😁

The staff was great! Very helpful but overly nosey as is common in 4-Star hotels. Highly recommended this for the location and vue of the Bay as well. I sat and drank wine on the balcony and watched planes landing. It was awesome!

All staff from initial contact on arrival to breakfast to departure were very friendly and helpful. The room was a surprise, clean and tidy and just what I needed for my one night stay. Breakfast was plentiful and I was able to get some eggs and coffee which is always a god start to the day.

The hotel was on a good bus route, so getting into Antibes or Cagne Sur Mer was easy to navigate. Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.
